Feminism Asked for Equality and the System Eventually Applied It - Mr RAMMFIT

The Giggle v Tickle case in Australia has exposed something many people still do not understand about power, law, and ideology:

Movements often believe they are controlling the direction of change right up until the moment the machinery they built begins turning against them.

That is exactly what many modern feminists are experiencing now.

For decades, feminism pushed aggressively toward institutional equality:

  • more women in government,

  • more women in courts,

  • more women in universities,

  • more women in corporate leadership,

  • more women inside bureaucratic systems shaping policy and culture.

The assumption behind this movement was simple:

if women occupied positions of institutional authority, women’s interests would naturally be protected but that assumption contained a fatal flaw.

Institutions do not serve gender.

They serve ideology, incentives, legal frameworks, and prevailing doctrine and now many women are discovering that once systems absorb an ideology deeply enough, that ideology outranks biology, emotion, and even sisterhood itself.

That is the real irony unfolding in front of everyone.

The same feminist movements that spent decades attacking biological essentialism, fixed gender roles, objective distinctions, and traditional structures are now shocked that institutions no longer treat biological sex as the ultimate defining category.

But what exactly did they think would happen?

You cannot spend years arguing:

  • identity is fluid,

  • gender is socially constructed,

  • biology is secondary,

  • lived experience overrides objective categories,

  • definitions are flexible,

  • boundaries are oppressive,

…and then suddenly expect the legal system to rigidly defend biological definitions the moment it becomes personally inconvenient.

That is not how systems work.

The courts are not emotional support groups.

They are logical machines operating through legislation and precedent.

Once gender identity was elevated into a protected legal category under Australian law, the trajectory was already set.

The judges in the Giggle case did not invent this reality from nothing.

They interpreted legislation that had already been shaped by years of ideological pressure and cultural activism.

The system followed the logic chain exactly where the philosophy led it.

That is why the outrage now feels so emotionally explosive.

Many women believed they could selectively dismantle structure while keeping the parts of structure they personally benefited from.

They thought the system would somehow freeze reality at the exact point where their emotional preferences sat comfortably but ideological revolutions never stop neatly on command.

Once definitions become fluid, all definitions become vulnerable.

Once identity becomes self-declared, categories become unstable.

Once biology loses authority, the law searches for a new authority.

And increasingly, that authority becomes subjective identity itself.

The irony becomes even sharper when many women now look toward female judges and ask:

“If female judges will not protect women’s rights, who will?”

That question reveals a deep misunderstanding about institutions and power.

Female judges are not there to protect women because they are women.

They are there to interpret legislation and legislation now reflects decades of ideological evolution pushed heavily by progressive activism itself.

This is where many feminists made a catastrophic strategic error:

they confused representation with allegiance.

They believed putting more women into institutional power would guarantee outcomes favourable to women but institutions do not operate according to gender loyalty.

They operate according to institutional ideology and legal doctrine.

A female judge inside a progressive legal framework is still operating inside that framework.

Ideology outranks sisterhood every time inside bureaucratic systems.

That is the brutal lesson many are now learning in real time.

The deeper issue is that modern feminism often functioned emotionally rather than strategically.

It reacted to historical grievances by attempting to flatten distinctions and dissolve structures without thinking several moves ahead.

Everything became about:

  • feelings,

  • liberation,

  • deconstruction,

  • self-expression,

  • dismantling boundaries,

  • rejecting hierarchy,

  • attacking “rigid” definitions.

Very little thought was given to what happens after objective categories disappear, but reality eventually cashes every ideological cheque and now the movement is colliding with the downstream consequences of its own philosophical framework.

Because once you tell society:

“identity matters more than biology,”

you do not get to decide where that principle stops.

Once you argue:

“womanhood is internally defined,”

you weaken the ability to externally define it in law.

Once you reject fixed distinctions as oppressive constructs, you cannot suddenly demand rigid distinctions only when it protects your own interests.

The machine simply continues applying the logic consistently.

That consistency is what many people now find horrifying.

What makes this even more fascinating is that feminism originally positioned itself as a movement against male power structures yet over time, much of modern feminism became deeply dependent on institutional power itself:

  • HR departments,

  • universities,

  • state bureaucracy,

  • media institutions,

  • legal systems,

  • corporate policy frameworks.

It stopped being anti-establishment and became the establishment.

The moment a movement becomes institutionalised, it no longer fully controls itself. Institutions absorb, reshape, standardise, and weaponise ideology according to systemic incentives.

Eventually the movement itself becomes subject to the same machinery it once celebrated.

That is what people are watching now.

Women are beginning to realise that ideological systems built on fluidity, deconstruction, and subjective identity do not produce stable boundaries.

They produce perpetual redefinition and perpetual redefinition eventually consumes everyone.

This case is not really about one app.

It is about what happens when a civilisation abandons stable definitions while still expecting stable protections.

It is about the collision between:

  • biological reality,

  • ideological identity,

  • institutional power,

  • and legal interpretation.

Most importantly, it is about cause and effect because every movement eventually reaches the point where it must live inside the world it created and many feminists are now discovering that the world they demanded is not the world they expected.
